Good graphics for an early 360 game and a pretty decent story line. You can tell it's Japanese made by the "All your base belong to us" style English and wierd names of characters and places. The jets are awesome though some weapons seem to be a bit overpowered and a couple aircraft seem useless when you have all the others available..

I played the demo, and the storytelling style didn't click for me (due to the "your base" aspect you mentioned). It was pretty fun to play though, I'd probably pick it up if I found it in the bargain bin.
